What does InsertLead Full Setup onboarding include?

What Full Setup includes

• EIN paperwork audit. We review your business legal name, address, and EIN match against IRS records. Mismatches are the #1 reason A2P registrations get rejected; catching them upfront saves a week.
• A2P 10DLC Brand registration. We file the Brand under your EIN with all the required fields filled in correctly.
• A2P 10DLC Campaign registration. We file a real estate wholesaling Campaign with sample messages that match how InsertLead actually sends. This is the form most wholesalers get wrong on the first try.
• Fast Track approval. $3 carrier fee included in the $149. Approval lands in 3-5 business days vs 3-4 weeks default.
• Twilio webhook configuration. Same as Assist — we wire SMS + voice webhooks to InsertLead.
• First Twilio number purchased on your behalf. We pick a number with a clean reputation history and provision it under your account.
• Hosted compliance trust page. A public page at insertlead.com/trust/u/<your-business> with your privacy policy, opt-in form, and EIN attestation. Carrier auditors check these; having one helps your A2P trust score.
• Smoke-test campaign. 5 test messages from your number to a number you provide, with full AI autoresponder testing.
• 60-minute kickoff call. Walks you through the inbox UI, settings, and how to handle the first batch of real leads.

The hosted compliance trust page

Carriers like to see that the sender has a public-facing privacy policy, an explicit opt-in mechanism, and a clear identity. Many wholesalers don't have a website — the trust page solves that.

Your trust page is a single public URL we host: insertlead.com/trust/u/<your-business-slug>. It includes:

• Your business legal name and city/state.
• Your EIN attestation (just the statement that you have one, not the actual number).
• An auto-generated privacy policy customized to your business.
• An opt-in form recipients can use to confirm they want to be contacted.
• A link to your Twilio-side STOP-handling instructions.

Trust pages are exclusive to Full Setup right now. They'll roll out to other tiers once the infrastructure is fully tested.

Process and timeline

1. Day 1: You request Full Setup, send us your business legal name + EIN + business address.
2. Day 1: We audit the paperwork and flag any mismatches before filing.
3. Day 1: We file A2P Brand + Campaign with Fast Track.
4. Days 2-5: Carrier review pending.
5. Day 3-5: Approval lands. We provision a phone number, wire webhooks, build your trust page, run the smoke test.
6. Day 5-7: 60-minute kickoff call. You start sending real campaigns.

What still goes to Twilio (separate from $149)

$149 covers our work + the $3 Fast Track fee. Twilio still bills your account directly for:

• Brand registration: $4.50 one-time
• Campaign registration: $15 one-time
• Secondary Vetting: $41.50 one-time
• Phone number rental: ~$1.15/month
• Campaign maintenance: ~$10/month
• Per-message SMS rate: ~$0.0083/segment

When $149 is worth it

Full Setup is the right pick if:

• You've never registered A2P 10DLC before and don't want to learn carrier-side compliance terminology.
• Your time is worth more than $50/hour and the 2-3 hours of A2P paperwork would be painful.
• You want a hosted trust page (only included on Full Setup).
• You'd rather pay once and have it done right than risk a registration rejection that costs a week.
