Do I need my own Twilio account?

Yes. InsertLead is BYOT (Bring Your Own Twilio). You sign up at twilio.com, register A2P 10DLC under your EIN, buy your own phone numbers, and paste your credentials into our settings page. Twilio bills you directly for messaging — no markup on our side.

Setup time: 2-5 business days end-to-end including A2P 10DLC approval. We have a free Self-Serve walkthrough, an Assist option ($29) where we wire the technical pieces, or Full Setup ($149) where we file your A2P paperwork.

What does Anthropic actually cost in a typical month?

For most beta wholesalers running 200-300 AI conversations a month, Claude Haiku 4.5 with prompt caching costs $3-7 per month. A $10 prepaid deposit at console.anthropic.com with auto-reload usually lasts 30+ days.

Higher-volume operators (1,500+ replies / month) typically land at $20-40/month. The pricing is published transparently at $1.00 per million input tokens and $5.00 per million output tokens, with a 90% discount on cached input.

Is my data shared with other InsertLead users?

No. Every lead, message, campaign, and conversation is scoped to your account at the database query level. We test multi-tenant isolation on every release because it's the security boundary that matters most.

The single exception is the global DNC list: once a phone number opts out anywhere on InsertLead, it stays opted out platform-wide. That's intentional. If your campaign sends to someone who told another wholesaler "STOP" yesterday, the carriers see it as InsertLead-shaped traffic ignoring opt-outs — which damages everyone's sender reputation. The global DNC keeps the platform's deliverability healthy.

How fast can I start sending after signup?

Three scenarios:

• You already have an A2P 10DLC-approved Twilio account: same day. Paste credentials, send your first campaign.
• You're starting Twilio fresh with Self-Serve: 3-5 business days. The bottleneck is A2P 10DLC carrier review (Fast Track $3 fee cuts review from 3-4 weeks to 3-5 days).
• You're starting fresh with Full Setup onboarding: still 3-5 business days, but we handle the A2P paperwork so the wait time is hands-off for you.

Can I use my existing CSV exports from Podio or BatchLeads?

Yes. Our CSV importer auto-detects columns from Podio, PropStream, BatchLeads, and any hand-built CSV with at minimum a name, address, and phone column. Phone numbers normalize to E.164 automatically. Dedup is by name + address against your existing leads, so re-running an import never double-texts the same person.
