AI texts your leads. You stay the sender of record.

InsertLead is a Compliance Wrapper around your own Twilio and Anthropic accounts. Adaptive throttling, rotating numbers, and hosted trust pages protect your A2P 10DLC reputation while AI handles the conversations.

BYOT. BYOK. Your data, your numbers, your sender reputation.

6 messages free. Real Claude, real reply.

The other guys rent you their numbers. We don't.

REI Reply, LaunchControl, and Batch Leads charge you a monthly seat and a per-message markup, route every text through their pool of shared Twilio numbers, and lock your conversation history inside their dashboards. When their compliance team has a bad week, your account gets paused. When they raise prices, you have no leverage.

InsertLead flips that. You bring your own Twilio account — the same one you'd open in five minutes at twilio.com — and we send through it. You pay Twilio for messages directly (no middleman markup), you own your A2P 10DLC registration, and your conversation history lives in your database, not ours.

Same idea on the AI side. Want AI-written first-touch messages? Paste your own Anthropic or OpenAI key. We never see your spend, you never pay us a markup. Bring your tools. We just glue them together with software that doesn't suck.

The Compliance Wrapper

Everything between you and the carrier filter.

Nine things we built so your A2P reputation stays clean while AI does the talking. Each one runs on your own Twilio + Anthropic accounts — we just orchestrate.

Bring your own Twilio

Paste your SID, auth token, and number. We never touch your spend or your A2P 10DLC registration. If we go down, your numbers and history are still yours.

Bring your own AI key

Drop a $10 deposit at Anthropic, turn on auto-reload, paste the key. We never see your spend. No middleman markup on tokens.

Adaptive throttling

Every send is jittered 10-30 seconds so carriers see a human pace, not a blast. Built specifically against 30007 spam filtering.

Rotating phone numbers

Each tier ships a pool of numbers. Outbound rotates per-send so no single number burns its reputation. More volume? More numbers, automatic.

Smart phone picker

Upload a CSV with multiple phones per person and we keep all of them, not just the first one. We pick the one most likely to reach a real human — Mobile beats Landline, toll-free gets dropped — and hold the rest in reserve so a bounced number doesn't kill the lead.

Rotate across your numbers

Connect more than one Twilio number and campaigns send round-robin across them. Each number's per-minute volume drops, your reputation stays clean, and the campaign finishes in the same wall-clock time. Replies stay sticky to the number that first messaged the lead so conversations never split.

Global DNC + STOP defenses

Six layered opt-out checks including a Claude semantic-STOP classifier, a 47-phrase deterministic filter, and a platform-wide DNC list shared across every tenant. Once a number opts out, it stays out.

CRM pipeline with notes

Drag leads through Cold, Warm, Hot, and Follow-up. Add notes inside the conversation. Every save is instant.

Mobile-ready inbox

Reply from your phone the same way you'd text a friend. Sorted by most recent activity. No app to install.

Pick your volume. Pay for what you send.

Each tier comes with rotating phone numbers (more numbers = healthier sender reputation), a daily SMS budget Twilio will actually deliver, and a monthly lead cap. Twilio + Anthropic are billed separately to your accounts — no markup.

Figures from Twilio's A2P 10DLC pricing, current as of April 2026. None of these go to InsertLead — they're paid directly to Twilio out of your Twilio account.

Questions you probably have

Do I need my own Twilio account?

Yes. That's the whole point — you sign up at twilio.com, register an A2P 10DLC brand and campaign (Twilio walks you through it), buy a number, and paste your credentials into InsertLead. Twilio bills you directly for messages. We never touch the money.

Is my data shared with other users?

No. Every lead, message, and campaign is scoped to your account at the database query level. Multi-tenant isolation is the boundary we test most carefully.

Can I use my own Anthropic or OpenAI key?

Yes. AI campaign mode is bring-your-own-key. You paste an API key in settings, we use it to generate messages on your behalf. We don't see your spend and you never pay us a markup on tokens.

How does the AI autoresponder actually work?

When you send a campaign with "Let AI handle replies" checked, every lead who texts back gets read by Claude. For each reply Claude scores the lead's interest, writes a short follow-up in your voice, and sends it from your Twilio number on a human-paced schedule (5 to 30 minutes between messages, max a few per day). It also extracts what the lead is telling you about why they're selling, the property's condition, their timeline, and price expectations — those four fields fill in across the thread on the lead's record. The moment the lead asks for a call, asks for a real person, or two of those four fields are filled, the AI sends a one-line "I'll reach out shortly" bridge text and the lead lands in your Hot inbox so you can take it from there. Hit "Pause AI" any time to take over. Set a monthly AI budget cap in settings and the autoresponder pauses automatically when you hit it.

Am I compliant with A2P 10DLC?

You handle your own brand and campaign registration with Twilio, the same way you would on any other platform. Because the number is yours, your registration is yours — if you ever leave InsertLead, you keep it.

How do I suggest a feature or report a bug?

Drop it on the public forums. Beta members can post feature requests, complaints, and questions from their dashboard; everything else is visible to everyone (including folks who aren't signed up yet), so you can see what's already been asked before you post. Every beta build is shaped by what shows up there.

When will pricing be announced?

When we've got enough beta feedback to set a fair number. Waitlist signups will hear first.

Can I import my existing list?

Yes. CSV import handles Podio exports and most other common formats out of the box, normalizes addresses and phone numbers, and de-duplicates against your existing leads.

Ready to skip the middleman?

We're letting wholesalers in a few at a time. Tell us who you are and we'll reach out when the next round opens.
